At last...  my new FREE online art class is ready.  I have been busily working away creating a brand new Intuitive Art and Personal Development experience for you and today it is ready.  Phew.  It is such a big process to birth one of these babies!

I wanted to create a free Taste of what I offer for you and for it to be exciting and useful.  I wanted lots of creativity and personal development too.

Letting Go is for you whether you paint regularly and are looking for a new adventure or even if you haven't painted since schooldays but would like to explore a little.

It's a lovely relaxing, step by step course leading you through my process.  At each step of the way I invite you to explore who you are and your creative process through my Prompts.

When I began creating the course I had no idea what I was going to do other than it was about 'Letting Go' as it felt like a great topic to explore through Intuitive Art.  

What an experience!  I go through the whole process myself as I create each and every one of my courses.  Letting Go for me is not easy!  I feel many of us cling on tightly to 'things', people, places, jobs, habits...  so much Letting Go is required for me.  I had a few smiles to myself as I found myself clinging on rather than letting go as I worked through my painting.  I share all of this with you on my videos.

What was a surprise for me was how my Inner Child showed up during the final process.  She was in need of some love and attention.  You can find out all about this if you participate.
