Angel, Goddess, Me' is a Unique, Healing, Therapeutic Art experience combining Colour, Texture & Mixed Media for Self Discovery, Awareness & Transformation

No matter what your Inner Critic suggests to you - You CAN do this! Many participants have not made art since school when most were put off by clumsy, painful remarks

You Can create your very own unique mixed media painting that will speak deeply of You

Beautiful layers of colour & papers will build up the story of your Angel or Goddess sharing her stories, experiences, dreams & emotions without the need for words

You will develop Self Awareness and discover ways to really “Listen” to yourself

Your Therapeutic, Healing journey will allow you to discover more of who you are, Honour your Story and Release Yourself from old Wounds through colour, texture & paper

I gently guide you through my Process which you can engage with closely or loosely as you follow me in my videos

You might go on to paint more than one - most do! Every one you create is completely Unique at the time of making depending on what is happening for you in your life. You could paint 2, a series, or one each month of the year. You will have a unique experience AND receive the all important messages for you during the Emergence of your Angel or Goddess

You could even create a series of Angels or Goddesses in your own Scrapbook. Please consider using good quality paper for this which will enable you to build your self esteem through this choice. For example you could invest in a Khadi Cotton hand stitched Book.

Angel, Goddess, Me is Self Paced and available on demand so you can dip in and out as you wish. No pressure or being rushed, nobody breathing down your neck and no requirement to 'be perfect' - which is very damaging to our self esteem.

Everyone tends to fall in love with their individual, unique Painting and can’t believe they have created it.

Our Painting is like a Mirror into who we are at the time of painting and what we are currently experiencing. My approach to Painting is like having a deep and honest dialogue with one self. It can sometimes be challenging but for me, it brings about a self acceptance and inner joy that I can’t find elsewhere.

I love helping others rediscover and release their creativity, and heal aspects of themselves that need love and attention.

Materials: Please don't be limited by my list..!

I work on hardboard (a piece cut to size from a hardware store) or a canvas

You could work in your own special scrapbook or loose mixed media paper to frame

Acrylic Paints in your favourite colours including White.

Glitter, Buttons, old jewellery, Beads, Sequins (anything that calls you!)

A plastic palette knife or old credit card

paint brushes - one small, fine brush

I use UNI Posca pens in Pink and green but are optional.

Neon Oil Pastels by Gallery (available online)

I have created many Angel / Goddess paintings and every single one is a unique experience and brings about valuable personal development for me.

"I'd been feeling a bit lost for many reasons, and needed a focus. I'd had a demanding, varied, stressful, often challenging Career in Nursing for 39 years and was ready to spread my Wings. I was searching for a Purpose, I think. Having done many of Kas's courses in person and online I embarked on this course, having absolute faith in Kas's process. What a journey! Tears, Laughter, Frustration, Elation, Anger and Joy along with intriguing Symbols to guide me along. I learned what a harsh Critic I had and how I had bottled up my Anger for almost a life time.
