As a Therapeutic Artist it's important for me to encourage and invite everyone to express their feelings, emotions, thoughts through colour, texture and words.
You do not need to be anxious, stressed, in pain, depressed or traumatised to benefit from the healing power of my Therapeutic Courses. You can 'bank' positive mental health so when crisis or drama strikes you can handle it with ease and bounce back quickly.
I gently guide you through an entire process which you are welcome to follow as closely or as loosely as you wish...
My Locked Down 2020 Expressive Art Project came into being through a collaboration with the wonderful Cathy Cassidy, favourite, celebrated children's author who created a Project for our Covid-19 Lockdown experience.
I created this 'Expressing Our Feelings About Lockdown' for all ages, children and adults, to participate and share on Cathy's blog and website at that time.

I wanted to use simple art materials that most people might have at home given the pandemic.
I worked on inexpensive wallpaper lining. Most of us have old wallpaper lying around the house in cupboards and we may have crayons or paint to make art with.
