I am imagining if you have found your way here...
it's because you have had a long and possibly hard, complicated relationship with Perfection?
I most definitely have.
I still tussle with this on occasion although I am mostly Unleashed these days!
I have grappled perfectionism to the ground on many occasions over the past 20 years (who am I kidding... life time!) and it brought me into Counselling (for my own Counselling... and this led me to become a Therapist.
My Perfectionism was a huge defense against criticism... (others AND my own!)
Being Perfect was my way of staying safe in the world, yet it led to tension, physical pain, migraines, anxiety, stress, low mood, and at times, absolute despair! I wondered if I'd ever be good enough!
Maybe you have experienced some of this? So many millions of us have!
So my invitation is to paint an IMPERFECTLY Perfect Rainbow with me alongside you on videos. Mine looked like a massive Jukebox in an array of colours, which made me smile.
It is uneven, wonky and leaning slightly to the side and I love it!
The more quirky & imperfect, the better we feel - and this goes for you in your life...!
I will share more of the important stuff inside the Lesson.
Whilst we paint, I talk... I share information which appears to be so useful and growthful to many.
I will ask you to consider and reflect on your self and life as I talk, share, support, encourage and love you.

They are so relaxing and fun to create.
You won't need much in the way of Art Supplies! I used...
Wallpaper Lining - about £4 and you could paint a hundred Rainbows on this much paper!
Around 6 colours of Acrylic Paints
Glitters (optional)
A plastic palette knife (you can use an old plastic card instead)
Bring Self Acceptance, Empathy for Yourself, a big dollop of LOVE & Kindness (for yourself)
put on some music in the background (but don't forget to listen to what I share with you!)
The less you know about art making the better this works
& if you know a lot about art making, that's ok... I will playfully invite you to let go of all those rules!
