This way it allows us to Grow in Confidence and Self Awareness too!
When we begin with our Body, our Fingers choose colours and materials without Planning or Knowing, offering us the opportunity to truly Express from our most Real, Authentic Voice and what is uppermost in our Unconscious - which is where we can really Expand and Grow!
When you create, your painting will look nothing like mine... it will be completely unique to you
Each new painting will be a reflection of you, in that moment of creativity.
And... this will allow you to express your feelings in colour and texture
and... when we Feel, we Heal...
You can pause and come back as you wish to... there is no rush.
The slower you work the more you will benefit by really attending to yourself as you paint.
You can use any art materials you have: watercolours, acrylics, pens, pencils, pastels...
Use colours which light up your heart and soul in the moment.
