Art Supply List
(please use what you have and don't feel restricted by my list)
acrylic painting paper
oil pastels, neon oil pastels, selection of acrylic paint in colours that light you up
gel medium or pva school glue will be fine
glue brush, plastic palette knife (or edge of old bank card will do)
Glitter, you may wish to include ribbons, wool, sari wool, buttons...
anything that inspires you!

Hardboard or Acrylic Paper substrate to work on
Not only will you make Art that brings you joy, you will learn how to really listen to and accompany yourself, bringing about an incredible soothing & calm attunement to your Inner World, reducing Stress and Anxiety.
