Once upon a time, I Really lacked Self Confidence...
I've come a long way, providing Personal Therapy, Group Facilitation, Expressive Art Workshops, Training within Education for Leaders, Teachers and as a Mentor.
For a very wobbly, unconfident girl... I've done pretty well! I'm proud!
I overcame my Shyness and lack of Confidence by Learning & Doing. Everything I found really useful in taking steps towards building my Confidence, I now share in this Course with You.

For a moment, think about how you feel around somebody who is Polished, Professional, Controlled and 'seemingly' Perfect?
Hmmm... a little wobbly provoking isn't it...? A lot to live up to?
I used to feel like shrinking and hiding around people like this.
I instantly felt 'not good enough' and my lack of self esteem and confidence grew...
I felt like I'd have to Try Harder and do better than my very best to keep up...
I didn't feel worthy of being in their Presence.
Now bring to mind somebody who is at ease in their own skin, quietly calm and confident, who can say 'I was wrong' or 'I don't know' and remain OK about themselves.
How do you feel as you think about This kind of person?
I feel at ease and calm... I don't have to strive or Try Hard...
I feel good enough already without having to 'do better' or 'try harder'.
This is my preferred way of being these days... at ease, ordinary, human.
I do not have the need for airs and graces, no need to look down at anybody, no need to feel superior or believe that I know everything (especially when I don't...!)
