Whether paper, canvas or board your substrate is an Incredible Container for Transformation. An intentional space for your creativity to flow through you.
You are invited to express your absolute truth to allow space for catharsis and healing which will bring you even closer to who we were born to become. When we create intuitively, our voice can be heard through colour, texture and our Stories can be Seen, Heard & Honoured.
Hundreds of wonderful Humans have been through this process in person with me and online. Every single Tree is an incredible and touching expression of the Painter's Life. I am totally in awe of every single painting I've ever witnessed, mine included for their uniqueness and also all the Stories held within them.
I am so proud of what I have created here.

Every single one of us creates the Tree we most need to see & hear,
and when you do it again next month or year, it will be completely unique again!
You can work through my Therapeutic Art Process again and again, creating more and more incredible mixed medias which will speak of YOU and your Life Stories
You may wish to simply create - this is completely fine - a lot will still happen at a deep level for you AND there's scope to engage with my Reflective Prompts within my videos to help you dig a little deeper in to your Creative Process, its Symbols and most importantly, Your Self!
